New Allergy Policy

Tickets with allergies should be rung in as follows: anything that the guest with the allergy is going to eat, should be simply modified "allergy". if the dish needs to be modified, it should also be memo-d with the modification. Each course should also have an allergy memo line with the description of the allergy, and the seat number. Example:

Note that the guest with the allergy in this example is not eating the board or the paccheri, so they are not modified "allergy" and the nuts in them are not addressed.

There are "allergy" memo buttons in all the screens. Feel free to just repeat the first one, and then use prep sequence to make sure they show up with the current course (1 for apps, 4 for entrees, etc). 

The kitchen will expedite the dishes, and let the food runner know about the allergies. Please alert the guests of all the things that are and aren't safe for their allergy.
