Cocktail Recipes 7/23/13


 


B.L.L.

½ Mixto Tequila

½ Royal Combier

½ Lime

½ Simple Syrup

Mount, add ice, shake.

Pour into highball, top with summer beer.

Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

Basement Party

¼ oz Pamplemousse

¼ oz Citrus Rum

Mount, add ice, shake.

Pour into a highball and top with an IPA on draft. 

 

Bloody Maria

2 oz. Jalapeno-Infused Tequila

House Bloody Mix

Mount in a pint glass.  Roll.  Lemon and lime wedge garnish.

 

Bloody Monks

1 oz Green Chartruese

1 oz Yellow Chartruese

½ oz Lime juice

½ oz ginger simple

2 dashes Erin’s lavender bitters

Mount, add ice, shake. Pour in a chilled low ball.

Top with Sangiovese

 

The Dirty Jalepeno

¾ oz Jalepeno Tequila

¾ oz Fruit Rogue

½ oz Amaro Nonino

½ oz Lime Juice

½ oz Honey Simple Syrup

Mount, add ice, shake. Strain into a chilled low ball.

Garnish with lime peel.

 

Fernet About It

1 oz Carpano Antica

½ oz Fernet Branca

½ oz Liqor 43

Dash of lime

Mount, add ice, shake. Pour into a chilled low ball.

 

The Greener Side

1 oz Lilet

½ oz Galliano

½ Cucumber Water

½ Lime

3 dashes Erin’s celery bitters

1-2 Basil leaves torn up

Mount, add ice, shake. Pour into a highball. Cucumber slice to garnish.

 

 

 

 

 

Hybrid 2.0

1 oz. Aperol

1 oz. Pamplemousse

½ oz. OJ

2 dashes orange bitters

2 dashes Erin’s hop and grapefruit bitters

Mount, add ice, shake.

Pour into a low ball and top with soda.

 

Jaune Soleil

1 oz Yellow Chartreuse

1 oz St. Germain

½ oz Lemon Juice

1 sprig of mint

Mount, add ice, shake.

Pour into a highball and top with cava

 

Pimm’s Cup

1 ½ oz. Pimm’s No. 1

½ oz. St. Germain

½ oz. Cucumber water

½ oz. Lime Juice

Dash of salt

Mount, add ice, shake.  Pour into highball, top with ginger beer. Garnish with cucumber slices.

 

The O.G.

1 ½ oz Diabolique Bourbon

1 oz Creole Shrubb

½ oz lime juice

2 dashes Regan’s orange bitters

Mount, add ice, shake. Strain into a chilled low ball.

Top with Cava and Garnish with lime peel.

 

The Red Light District

½ oz Bols Genever

1 oz Fruits Rogue

½ oz lime juice

½ oz simple syrup

1-2 Mint Leaves

Mount, add ice, Shake. Strain onto fresh ice in a chilled low ball.

 

Uncouth Vermouth

1/2 oz Becherovka

½ oz Carpano Antica

½ oz Benedictine

½ oz OJ

Mount, add ice, shake. Pour into a tulip and top with root beer

 

Uncouth Vermouth FLOAT

1/2oz Becherovka

½ oz Carpano Antica

½ oz Benedictine

½ oz OJ

EGG WHITE

Dry shake, add ice, shake. Pour into a tulip. Top with root beer. Add maraschino cherry skewer and 2 stir straws.
