The Salty Pig Cocktail Recipes
May 2013
 


 

Bitter and Alone

1 ½ oz. Becherovka

½ oz. Lemon Juice

½ oz. Orange Juice

½ oz. Honey Simple

2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Shake with ice.  Strain into a chilled lowball.  Orange chip garnish.

 

Bloody Maria

2 oz. Jalapeno-Infused Tequila

House Bloody Mix

Mount in a pint glass.  Roll.  Lemon and lime wedge garnish.

 

Bloody Monks

1 oz Green Chartruese

1 oz Yellow Chartruese

½ oz Lime juice

½ oz ginger simple

2 dashes Erin’s lavender bitters

Mount, add ice, shake. Pour in a chilled low ball.

Top with Sangiovese

 

Cure Royale Cocktail

1 oz. Combier Fruits Rouge

½ oz. St. Germain

½ oz. Lemon Juice

Shake with ice.  Pour into a highball and top with ice, ½ portion Cava, and ½ Portion Ginger Beer.  In and Out Lemon Chip.

 

The Dirty Jalepeno

¾ oz Jalepeno Tequila

½ oz Fruit Rogue

½ oz Amaro Nonino

½ oz Lime Juice

½ oz Honey Simple Syrup

Mount, add ice, shake. Strain into a chilled low ball.

Garnish with lime peel.

 

Fernet About It

1 oz Carpano Antica

½ oz Fernet Branca

½ oz Liqor 43

Dash of lime

Mount, add ice, shake. Pour into a chilled low ball.

 

The Greener Side

1 ½ oz Yellow Chartruese

½ oz Lilet

½ Cucumber Water

½ Lime

3 dashes Erin’s celery bitters

Mount, add ice, shake. Pour into a highball. Cucumber slice to garnish.

 

Pimm’s Cup

1 ½ oz. Pimm’s No. 1

½ oz. St. Germain

½ oz. Cucumber water

½ oz. Lime Juice

Dash of salt

Mount, add ice, shake.  Pour into highball, top with ginger beer. Garnish with cucumber slices.

 

Mile High Sky

1 ½ oz. Skyy Ginger

½ oz. St. Germain

½ oz. Lemon Juice Mount, add ice, shake.  Pour into a highball.  Top with ginger ale.  Lemon chip garnish.

 

Mimosa

2 oz. Orange Juice

Top with Cava

Mount in a flute.  No garnish.

 

Pisco Sour

1 ½ oz. Macchu Pisco

¾ oz. Simple Syrup

¾ oz. Lemon Juice

1 egg white

Mount and dry shake vigorously.  Add ice and shake again.  Strain into a chilled lowball.  Garnish with Angostura bitters.

 

The Hybrid

1 oz. Aperol

1 oz. Pamplemousse

½ oz. OJ

2 dashes orange bitters

Mount, add ice, shake.  Strain into flute.  Top with Cava.

 

The Orchard

½ oz. Creole Shrubb

Downeast Cider

3 dashes Angostura bitters

1 barspoon sugar

Stir sugar, Creole Shrubb, and bitters in tulip glass.  Add ice and top with cider.  Stir gently.  Orange chip garnish.

 

The Whitey Bulger

1 ½ oz Diabolique Bourbon

1 oz Creole Shrubb

½ oz lime juice

2 dashes Regan’s orange bitters

Mount, add ice, shake. Strain into a chilled low ball.

Top with Cava and Garnish with lime peel.
