These cocktails are made to be light, fun, and refreshing for the summer without being fruity/"girly"

Bloody
monks
Named the bloody monks b/c Chartruese is made by monks and the Sangiovese looks like blood.
a.
1 oz Green Chartruese
b.
1 oz Yellow Chartruese
c.
.5 oz lime juice
d.
.5 oz ginger simple
e.
Erin’s lavender bitters
f.
Shake and serve in a low ball

Top with Sangiovese

1 oz Creole Shrubb

.5 oz lime juice

2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters

Shake and strain into a chilled low ball
