House Bloody Mix

Mount in a pint glass.  Roll.  Lemon and lime wedge garnish.

1/2 oz Stirring Ginger

½ oz Lime Juice

Mount, add ice, shake, strain into chilled low ball.

Add splash of ginger beer and garnish with lime peel.

1 oz Ginger Simple

1 oz Butternut Squash

Mount, add ice, shake, pour into highball.

Top with Cider.

 

Canadian Coffee

 ½ oz Crown Maple

½ oz Licor 43

½ oz Amaretto

Warm mug with hot water

Mount, stir, pour in irish coffee glass, top with hot coffee. Garnish w/ orange peel.

Warm mug with hot water
