CHICKPEA FARINATA

Sound Bite: Chick Pea Puree, Black Truffle, Fontina

Allergies: Egg, Dairy

Definitions: Farinata is similar to a crepe, made with chickpeas

 

ARANCINI

SB: Arancini (air-ron-chee-nee) w/ Prosciutto and Taleggio

Allergies: egg, gluten, dairy

Definitions: Arancini are fried balls of rice

 

MEATBALLS

SB: Meatballs (pork & beef) w/ Tomato, Basil, Parmesan

BRANDADE`
