cocktail recipes 4.8.14




Drunk Monk
1 oz Juniper Citron Vodka
½ oz Yellow Chartreuse
½ oz Elderflower
½ Lemon Juice
4 sprigs of mint
Mount, Ice, Shake, Pour into highball
Top with Ginger Ale
Glass: High Ball
 
Fine & Shandy
1 oz Pisco
½ oz Peach Liqueur
½ oz Lemon Juice
Mount in Tulip, Ice, Add Allagash, Stir.
Glass: Tulip
Garnish: lemon wheel, 2 stir straws
 
Freaks & Greeks
1 ½oz Celery Mastiha
½ oz Lillet Blanc
½ oz Lime Juice
2 basil leaves torn up
Mount, Ice, Shake, Pour into highball.
Top with Cava
Glass: Highball

1 oz Veev Acai
½ oz Stirrings Ginger
2 dashes Peychaud’s
Mount into Tulip, add ice, add House Vermouth, Stir.

Orange-inal Recipe
1 oz Creole Shrubb
1 oz Vanilla Liqueur
1 oz OJ
2 dashes orange bitters
Egg white
Mount, DRY SHAKE, add ice, shake, DOUBLE STRAIN, into chilled low ball.
Glass: Low Ball
Garnish: orange wheel.
 
Rhuby Soho
1 oz Red Lilet
1 oz Slow & Low
1 oz Rhubarb Simple
½ oz Honey Simple
Mount, Ice, Shake, Pour into high ball.
Top with Lambrusco
Glass: High Ball

½ oz Lillet Blanc
½ Aperol
½ oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Honey-Lavender Simple

Garnish: Lemon Wheel, 2 stir straws
 
The Riveter
1 oz Mixto Tequila
¾ oz Rose Liqueur
½ oz Aperol
½ Lime Juice
2 dashes orange bitters
Mount, Ice, Shake, Pour into low ball.
Glass: Low Ball
Garnish: orange slice, 2 stir straws
 
Smoke Show
1 ¼ oz Diabolique Bourbon
½ oz Fernet Branca
½ oz Licor 43
1oz Smoked Hop Simple
Mount, Ice, Stir, Strain into chilled low ball.
Glass: low ball
Garnish: orange peel
 
SP Pimm’s Cup
1 1/2 oz Pimm’s
½ oz Yellow Chartreuse
½ oz House Vermouth
½ oz Apricot Tarragon
Mount, Add Ice, Shake, Pour into High Ball, top with soda water.
Glass: High Ball
Garnish: Orange Wheel, Straw
 


 
BRUNCH/DESSERT
 


Bloody Maria
2 oz. Jalapeno-Infused Tequila
House Bloody Mix
Mount in a pint glass.  Roll.
Garnish: meat/cheese spear
 
Canadian Coffee
 ½ oz Crown Maple
½ oz Licor 43
½ oz Amaretto
Warm mug with hot water
Mount, stir, pour in irish coffee glass, top with hot coffee. Garnish w/ orange peel.
 
Chata Box
1 oz Citron Vodka
½ oz Galliano Espresso
½ oz Rum Chata
Mount, Add Ice, Stir, Pour into low ball.
Glass: low ball
 
The Rye Stuff
1 oz Pimm’s
½ oz Amontillado
½ oz Slow & Low
½ oz Licor 43
½ oz Lemon Juice
Mount, Add Ice, Shake, strain into chilled low ball.
Glass: low ball
Garnish: Orange Wheel, 2 stir straws
 
Tea Pary
1/2 oz Cynar
¾ oz Chamomile Grappa
¼ oz Stirrings Ginger
splash Honey simple
splash Lemon Juice
Warm mug with hot water
Mount, stir, pour in irish coffee mug top with hot water


Garnish: 2 stir straw
