marathon drink menu info

Cocktail Changes:
  • Market Vermouth will be on the menu as "White Sangria." It is the same recipe, except citrus rum will replace the acai berry liqueur.
  • White Sangria and Fine & Shandy will be available by both glass and pitcher.
  • Pitchers will be served with low balls. Lemon slices will be added to the pitcher as well.
  • Liquor for both the Fine and Shandy and White Sangria is prebatched and labeled in the office. The bottle says how much should go in each drink and pitcher. I will post the specs online and in print as well.
  • Orangeinal Recipe, Smoke Show, Freaks & Greeks will be left off the marathon cocktail list. (we can still make them if a guest wants one.)
  • I am adding a simple old fashion-y drink called "The Old Timer." It will feature Royal Combier, Diabolique, and Bourbon Bitters. I'll post the recipe in the next blog.

Wine:
  • I'll be leaving off the Little James. The Chat. les Arromans will list both Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc as the varietals on the menu. When we 86 the Semillon, we'll sub the Little James.
  • I'll be leaving off Montepulciano. I'd like to see the Luigi Resta get 86'ed, so push that instead of the Montepulciano.
