- PIG BOARDS
- Only the pre-selected board options (Offal, Farmstead, etc.) will be available during lunch. There will be no a la carte menu for charcuterie and cheese during lunch. Guests may add prosciutto to the pre-selected boards. They may also add meat/cheeses from one of the pre-selected boards to another.
- The cured board will now have speck instead of lardo.
- SANDWICHES
- 86 Meatball Sandwich, no replacement.
- Starters
- 86 Herbs & Lettuces Salad
- Baby Kale Salad
- Served with hazelnuts, onion, peaches, and a buttermilk-goat cheese dressing.
- Base of the salad will be baby kale.
- The baby kale is dressed in a goat cheese and buttermilk dressing. Both the goat cheese and the buttermilk are from Vermont Creamery and are of very high quality.
- The peaches pack a punch. They are pickled in champagne vinegar and are dressed with olive oil and calabrian chili paste.
